Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 120 g butter
  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp orange peel, grated
  • 120 g flour
  • 130 g walnuts, ground
  • Powdered sugar, for rolling

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Line 2-3 baking sheets with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 160°C. Cream together butter, sugar, and grated orange zest until creamy. Add flour and mix well. Add walnuts and mix briefly. Shape each teaspoon of dough into balls and place on the baking sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes, rotating the cookies halfway through. Add more powdered sugar to a small bowl. Let cookies cool for 5 minutes, then roll in powdered sugar. Let cookies cool completely, then roll in powdered sugar again.
