Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g natural yogurt
- 250 g quark
- 1 cake base (sponge cake)
- 200 g desiccated coconut
- 150 g berries, frozen
- 30 g gelatine (instant)
- 5 tbsp milk
- 100 g sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes
to be prepared as a cake or in tartlet size
Select the prettiest berries for decoration. Puree the rest. Dissolve the gelatin with five tablespoons of milk and the quark and set aside. Mix the yogurt, sugar, and desiccated coconut with the pureed berries and then add the gelatin, milk, and quark mixture. Season to taste with sugar. Using a glass, cut out small circles from the sponge cake and place the cream on top. Decorate with the whole berries and refrigerate for two hours.
