Soft chocolate cookies, chocolate biscuits

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g sugar
  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 shot of milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 40 g dark chocolate
  • 40 g milk chocolate
  • 40 g white chocolate
  • 90 g margarine

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

With 3 types of chocolate, soft inside and crispy outside

Combine the eggs, milk, sugar, margarine, cocoa powder, vanilla sugar, and baking powder in a bowl and mix until there are no or hardly any lumps left. Now weigh the flour and stir in portions. Next, chop the chocolate (preferably one piece at a time for about 4-6 smaller pieces) and fold it in. The finished batter should ideally be placed on the baking sheet in 1-2 tablespoonfuls. Keep in mind that the cookies will spread quite a bit, so no more than 8 cookies should be placed on one baking sheet. The cookies need to bake for 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) in a fan-assisted oven.
