Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g papaya pulp
  • 65 g raspberries
  • 15 ml lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 5 macadamia nuts, unsalted
  • Sweeteners, e.g. dates or honey
  • 1 sprig of mint
  • 1 slice(s) lime(s)
  • Ice cubes for serving

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Place the peeled and seeded papaya, raspberries, lime juice, nuts, and desired sweetener into a blender, food processor, or smoothie maker and blend until relatively smooth. Pour over ice cubes into a tall glass and serve immediately with the garnish.
