Ingredients
 

  • 400 g Feischwurst
  • 400 g Meat loaf (Bavarian)
  • 3 Fresh onions
  • 1 can Tomato paste
  • 1 glass Letscho
  • 4 Pickled cucumbers
  • 3 Bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
  • Paprika powder noble sweet and a little hot
  • 400 ml Veal stock
  • 400 ml Vegetable stock
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • Oil for frying
  • Sour cream
  • 2 Bay leaf
  • 5 Allspice grains

Instructions
 

  • Cut the sausage into small strips and fry in oil, add the tomato paste, the sliced ​​onion and the bell pepper and sauté.
  • Sprinkle with paprika powder and fry briefly, then pour in the stock and add the letscho, bay leaves and allspice. Also cut the cucumber into small strips and add to the soup. Now let everything boil through. About 1 hour.
  • Now season everything to taste and add some of the cucumber water, arrange everything on plates and decorate with a teaspoon of sour cream.
