Soup & Stews: Hot Vegetable Soup
The perfect soup & stews: hot vegetable soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 medium sized Turnip
- 1 Rod Leek cut
- 2 small Diced celery bulbs
- 4 medium sized Diced carrots
- 1 Red Diced onions
- 5 medium sized Diced potatoes
- 1 ostrich Sliced parsley
- 2 tbsp Salt
- 2 liter Water
- Peel, wash and cut or dice the vegetables, put everything except the parsley in a saucepan and bring to a boil and after about 20 minutes of cooking, turn off the heat and just let it steep.
- Before serving, wash the parsley, shake it dry, cut into small pieces and add to the soup – bon appetit
