Soup: Wild Garlic Foam Soup

The perfect soup: wild garlic foam soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Onion
  • 70 g Butter
  • 2 El Flour
  • 600 ml Vegetable stock
  • 400 ml Milk
  • 100 g Wild garlic fresh
  • Salt and pepper
  • Nutmeg
  1. Cut the onion into small cubes and sauté in the butter. Add the flour, stir well and pour on the stock and milk.
  1. Wash and chop the wild garlic. Let the stock boil through and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  1. Now put the wild garlic in the pot and mix briefly with the hand blender.
