- 1 Onion
- 70 g Butter
- 2 El Flour
- 600 ml Vegetable stock
- 400 ml Milk
- 100 g Wild garlic fresh
- Salt and pepper
- Nutmeg
- Cut the onion into small cubes and sauté in the butter. Add the flour, stir well and pour on the stock and milk.
- Wash and chop the wild garlic. Let the stock boil through and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Now put the wild garlic in the pot and mix briefly with the hand blender.
