Soup: Wild Garlic Soup

  • 160 g Wild garlic
  • 2 small Zucchini fresh
  • 1 a cup Cream 30% fat
  • 100 g Processed cheese double cream setting
  • 200 g Brunch with herbs
  • 0,25 l Vegetable broth, may also be more, depending on the desired consistency
  • 0,5 Lemon, the juice is needed
  • 0,5 Tl Salt
  • 2 Pinches Sugar
  • 6 cl Vermouth, dry
  1. Wash the bear’s garlic and sort out what has been collected and does not belong there, spin dry
  2. Peel the zucchini and roughly cut it and put it in the household machine to chop it together with the wild garlic
  3. Put on a saucepan with broth and cream, add the pureed and let simmer for a little while.
  4. Let the cheese, brunch and all other ingredients boil briefly. Finally add the lemon juice and vermouth, season to taste and with sugar.
  5. Nothing else can be done. Again quickly prepared and in my opinion tasty.
