Soup: Wild Garlic Soup
The perfect soup: wild garlic soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 160 g Wild garlic
- 2 small Zucchini fresh
- 1 a cup Cream 30% fat
- 100 g Processed cheese double cream setting
- 200 g Brunch with herbs
- 0,25 l Vegetable broth, may also be more, depending on the desired consistency
- 0,5 Lemon, the juice is needed
- 0,5 Tl Salt
- 2 Pinches Sugar
- 6 cl Vermouth, dry
- Wash the bear’s garlic and sort out what has been collected and does not belong there, spin dry
- Peel the zucchini and roughly cut it and put it in the household machine to chop it together with the wild garlic
- Put on a saucepan with broth and cream, add the pureed and let simmer for a little while.
- Let the cheese, brunch and all other ingredients boil briefly. Finally add the lemon juice and vermouth, season to taste and with sugar.
- Nothing else can be done. Again quickly prepared and in my opinion tasty.
