  • 300 g Diced beef
  • 300 g Floury potatoes
  • 100 g Chopped onions
  • 1 toe Garlic finely chopped
  • 1 Pc. Celery bulb finely diced

  • 4 Teaspoon (level) Sweet paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon (level) Hot paprika powder
  • 1 Teaspoon (level) Dried marjoram
  • 1 pinch Salt, pepper, nutmeg
  • 1 liter Vegetable broth hot
  • 100 g Sifted flour
  • 1 Pc. Egg
  1. In a saucepan, roast the onions in a little fat until golden yellow, add the meat that has been washed and cut into small cubes and sprinkle with salt, pepper, nutmeg and paprika. Add the garlic. After carefully braising the whole thing, slowly add the vegetable stock and steam until the meat is sufficiently soft. Now add the diced potatoes, dissolve with a little water and simmer the whole thing. The cut tomato is added before it is softened.
