Ingredients
 

  • 300 g Diced beef
  • 300 g Floury potatoes
  • 100 g Chopped onions
  • 1 clove Garlic finely chopped
  • 1 Celery bulb finely diced
  • 1 Diced carrots
  • 1 Diced tomato
  • 4 tsp Sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp Hot paprika powder
  • 1 tsp Dried marjoram
  • 1 pinch Salt, pepper, nutmeg
  • 1 L Vegetable broth hot
  • 100 g Sifted flour
  • 1 Egg

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan, roast the onions in a little fat until golden yellow, add the meat that has been washed and cut into small cubes and sprinkle with salt, pepper, nutmeg and paprika. Add the garlic. After carefully braising the whole thing, slowly add the vegetable stock and steam until the meat is sufficiently soft. Now add the diced potatoes, dissolve with a little water and simmer the whole thing. The cut tomato is added before it is softened. Before serving, knead a dough with the flour, egg and some salt, pluck it into small pieces and boil it in the soup.
