Wok Chicken with Pineapple and Peppers

The perfect wok chicken with pineapple and peppers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Pc. Chicken breast fillet
  • 2 Pc. Paprika
  • 2 Pc Spring onion
  • 4 NS. Pineapple canned

marinade

  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce dark
  • 1 tsp Cornmeal
  • 1 Garlic clove crushed
  • 1 Lemon untreated, only peel
  • Pepper, salt, sugar

sauce

  • 0,5 dl Broth
  • Pineapple juice
  • 1 tbsp Cornmeal
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce dark

garnish

  • Chinese noodles
  1. Mix all ingredients for the marinade together
  1. Cut the meat into 1.5 cm cubes and leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes
  1. Cut the pineapple, bell pepper and spring onion into pieces of the same size
  1. Mix all ingredients for the sauce together
  1. Cook Chinese noodles according to the instructions on the packet, drain and fry lightly in a hot wok. Push to the edge of the wok
  1. Put the meat in the wok and fry briefly, add the paprika and the white onion, fry with it. Finally add the pineapple cubes and the onion greens and let them get hot. Mix everything
  1. Add the sauce (maybe not all, depending on your taste), stir well and serve immediately
