Sour Cherry – Panna Cotta …

The perfect sour cherry – panna cotta … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Sour cherries frozen without a stone
  • 2 tablespoon Powdered sugar
  • 4 sheet Gelatin white
  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon Powdered sugar
  • Lemon balm leaves
  1. Mix the sour cherries with powdered sugar in a saucepan. Bring to the boil briefly and simmer on a low flame for 10 minutes. Take it from the stove and let it cool off.
  2. Puree the cherries. Remove four tablespoons of it and refrigerate. Strain the rest through a sieve. Soak the gelatine in cold water.
  3. Mix the sour cream with powdered sugar. Add the cherry puree and stir in. Heat while stirring. Take off the stove. Squeeze out the gelatine well and dissolve it in the cream.
  4. Rinse molds with cold water. Pour in the cherry cream, let it cool down a bit and chill for 2 to 3 hours.
  5. Place the molds briefly in warm water and turn them out onto dessert plates. Garnish with the mashed cherries and lemon balm that you have put aside.
