Meat Beef Stir-fry

The perfect meat beef stir-fry recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Potatoes
  • 1 bunch Spring onion only the light one
  • 40 g Wild garlic fresh
  • 200 g Meat loaf
  • 125 g Bacon cubes
  • Clarified butter
  • Salted pepper from the mill
  1. Wash the potatoes, cover and cook in salted water for about 20 minutes with the lid covered, quench, then peel and cut into slices and allow to cool.
  2. Cut the meatloaf into cubes, the spring onions into rings and the wild garlic into strips.
  3. Heat some clarified butter in a large pan and fry the bacon cubes until crispy, remove. Now sauté the spring onions in the pan and remove them as well.
  4. Never put clarified butter in the pan and fry the meat loaf in it and also remove it. Now fry the potatoes in the pan. Add the other ingredients except for the wild garlic.
  5. Finally add the wild garlic and cook for about 2-3 minutes, season to taste with pepper and salt. Arrange on a plate and serve with a leaf salad
