Grandma Ria’s sour cream cake

Spread the bread dough on a greased baking sheet. Press the jacket potatoes through a potato ricer. Mix with the quark, sour cream, butter, oil, eggs, and finely diced onion. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the dough onto the bread dough and spread the chopped dried meat (you can also use bacon) on top. Bake at 250°C for about 30-40 minutes. Eaten while still hot, it makes a delicious lunch.
