Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 300 ml sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 5 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 225 ml flour (150 g)
  • 150 g butter (melted)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Brownie cake

Mix everything together and then bake in the oven at 175 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes. Use a cake pan or a ring cake pan. The cake should still be moist inside (like brownies).
