Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g quark
  • 1 cup sour cream, 200 g
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • salt and pepper
  • some chives
  • 1 dash of olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

for potato wedges etc.

Finely chop or mince the onion and mix with the quark, sour cream, and crushed garlic. Season with pepper, salt, and chives. Stir in a dash of olive oil for an even creamier consistency. Perfect with baked potatoes, potato wedges, fish, etc.
