Sour cream dressing for salads

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cup sour cream (200 g)
  • 2 dashes citric acid
  • some vinegar essence
  • 4 drops of sweetener
  • Salt and pepper, black
  • some milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine 1 cup of sour cream with citric acid, vinegar essence, sweetener, salt, and black pepper. If the sour cream is too thick, add enough milk until the dressing is slightly creamy. I like to add freshly ground black pepper for a better flavor. The dressing has a slightly sweet and sour taste.
