These slightly different cookies! They’re quick! Makes 50 pieces

Place flour, sour cream, and small pieces of butter in a mixing bowl. Knead with cool hands until smooth. Roll out the dough on a well-floured surface to a thickness of about 5 mm. Then, using a cookie cutter, cut out round cookies (about 4 cm in diameter). Cut out another circle (about 1 cm in diameter) from the center of each cookie to create rings. Whisk the egg yolk and brush the rings with it. Sprinkle the rings with sugar. Place each sheet on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 °C for about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, place on a wire rack, and let cool. Tip: You can also use any other cookie cutter.
