Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cup of natural yogurt
- 1 cup sour cream or crème fraîche
- 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs
- 200 g ham (back ham), cooked
- 150 g ham (from the nut), raw
- 200 g cheese (Emmental), grated
- 8 rolls
- salt and pepper
- Garlic salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut both types of ham into small cubes and place in a bowl. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well. Season with garlic salt, pepper, and salt as desired. Cut all the rolls open, spread with the mixture, and place on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
