Sour eggs in bacon dip

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 8 eggs
  • 150 g bacon, fattier
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 40 g margarine
  • ¼ liter water or meat broth
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Boil the eggs for 6-7 minutes. Dice the bacon and onions and sauté them in a pan with melted margarine until translucent. Add the flour and brown it. Then deglaze with 1/4 liter of water (or meat broth). Let it simmer for 10 minutes, season with vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper, and pour over the peeled eggs.
