Ingredients

  • 20 g Butter
  • 20 g Flour
  • 35 g Onion
  • 140 ml Milk
  • 140 ml Water
  • 10 ml Vinegar
  • 15 g Sugar
  • Salt
  • 2 Pc. Eggs

Instructions

  • Melt the butter in a saucepan that is not too large. Dice the onion and sauté in the butter until colorless. Add flour and heat briefly while stirring.
  • Add cold milk and bring to the boil. Stir until smooth, add water, stir again until smooth and simmer for a few minutes so that the flour binds the sauce. Season to taste with vinegar, sugar and salt.
  • Now it is very important to put the pot on the smallest flame otherwise everything will burn! Beat the eggs side by side directly in the pot, put the lid on and stop stirring! When the eggs are cooked everything is ready and can be served with potatoes, for example.
