Chia Pudding with Baked Apple
The perfect chia pudding with baked apple recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 25 g Chia seeds
- 250 ml Milk
- 250 g Apple
- 20 g Cane sugar
- 30 g Walnuts
- Ground cinnamon
- Add the chia seeds to the milk and let soak for at least 4 hours.
- Peel the apples (the amount given is approx. For unpeeled apples) and core. Cut into small pieces / cubes and bake in the preheated oven with roughly chopped nuts, cane sugar and cinnamon for 20 minutes.
- Serve the finished chia puddig with warm or cold apples.
