Sour milk and cream cucumbers

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup curdled milk (soured milk)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Peel the cucumbers, slice them, and season them in a bowl with salt, pepper, and garlic. Let them stand until the juice starts to form. Depending on your taste, you can use the juice or squeeze the cucumbers. Next, combine the cream and sour milk and mix them together. Then add to the cucumbers and season again. If you like, you can also add paprika. Delicious with bread dumplings.
