Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 organic lime(s)
  • 150 ml liqueur (Frangelico)
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 20 ml lime juice
  • e.g. mineral water or soda

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Wash the lime in hot water. After drying, unroll the lime, then slice it. Squeeze the lime ends into a mixing bowl or shaker. Add the Frangelico and lime juice. If you have a shaker, add the ice cubes and shake vigorously 2-3 times, then divide between the glasses. Add the lime slices. Top up with sparkling water or soda, if desired, and serve with ice cubes.
