Sweet and Sour Turkey with Paprika Vegetables

Ingredients
 

Marinade:

  • 1 Pc. Red peppers
  • 1 Pc. Green peppers
  • 1 bunch Spring onions
  • Ginger - diced as small as a nut
  • 2 tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • Oil

aside from that:

  • 1 Pc. Chilli red
  • Chilli flakes if you want a bit spicier, both
  • Soup or water to pour on
  • Balsamic vinegar dark
  • Parsley chopped or whoever wants
  • Finely chopped coriander

Instructions
 

  • Remove the turkey breast from the skin and cut into strips, place in a sealable container, add the soy sauce and the teriyaki sauce and mix well with the corn starch. Add a chopped red chilli or chilli flakes. Let marinate for about 1-2 hours.
  • Wash the peppers and wash the spring onions into fine strips and cut into fine rolls. Peel and dice the ginger.
  • Let the oil get hot in the wok until it starts to smoke. Fry the meat in portions and set aside.
  • Now briefly fry the peppers and spring onions with the ginger with soy sauce and balsamic vinegar and possibly some water or soup, add the meat and simmer for about 4-5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley or coriander
  • Serve with basmati rice, I added a peach half with cranberries. If you want, you can also add pieces of pineapple.
