Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 slices of toast
  • butter
  • 1 cup(s) fruit (chopped, steamed, pineapple, banana, apple, grapes, pears, etc. to taste)
  • ½ cup(s) cheese, diced
  • 2 tbsp juice (fruit juice)
  • 1 tbsp brandy
  • pepper
  • 4 tsp tomato ketchup

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

exotic toast

Spread butter on toast, top with fruit and cheese. Mix fruit juice with brandy, drizzle over the toast, and grind a little pepper. Bake until the cheese begins to melt. Garnish with ketchup.
