Orange-ginger dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 tsp orange marmalade
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
  • Salt and pepper, black
  • extra sugar
  • 1 bunch lemon balm

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Melt the orange marmalade in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in the ginger, orange juice, and balsamic vinegar. Gradually whisk in the oil and season the dressing with salt, pepper, and sugar to taste. Wash the lemon balm, pat dry, and pluck the leaves from the stems. Finely chop the leaves and stir them into the dressing. Serve with mixed leaf salads with radishes, cucumber, and onion.
