Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g soy granules
  • 200 g vegetable broth, hot
  • 250 g cream
  • 40 g clarified butter
  • 500 g leek
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • nutmeg
  • wine, white
  • 20 g chickpea flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Let the soy meat swell in the vegetable broth. Sauté the leeks and onions in the clarified butter, add the soy meat, and cook until well-cooked. Pour in the cream, wine, and soy sauce, and season. Let it simmer slightly. If it’s too runny, thicken with the chickpea flour and let it simmer briefly. Tastes delicious with noodles, rice, or potatoes! Those who eat “separate foods” can enjoy it on its own or make chickpea spaetzle with it.
