Spagetti with Spinach Cheese Sauce
The perfect spagetti with spinach cheese sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 180 g Spagetti raw weight
- 1 hand Fresh spinach leaves
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 2 NS. Vegan cheese
- 200 ml Oat milk
- 1 tbsp Yeast flakes
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- Some pepper
- Boil the spaghetti and shake it off, set aside. Wash the spinach, remove the stems and chop it up, fry it in a large pan in a little oil until it collapses, then pour in the oat milk and crumble the cheese, add the yeast flakes and season with pepper and salt to taste. As soon as the cheese has dissolved, fold in the spaghetti and serve immediately. This dish also tastes great with mushrooms instead of spinach.
