Peanut and Pea Pasta
The perfect peanut and pea pasta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 350 g Pasta of your choice
- 150 g Mushrooms
- 0,5 Pc. Freshly diced onion
- 0,5 tsp Chopped ginger
- 200 g Peas frozen
- Salt
- Pepper
- Coriander
- 200 ml Oat cream or soy cream or rice cream
- 3 tbsp Peanut cream
- Cook the pasta in salted water. Cut the mushrooms into slices and fry them in a little oil. When they stop giving off water, add the onions and ginger. Continue frying a little, then add the peas, season well and mix with the selected cream and peanut cream. If the sauce gets too thick, thin it with a little pasta cooking water. Let the sauce simmer on a low flame until the peas are cooked through. Shake off the finished pasta and drizzle with a little olive oil and pour the sauce over it
