Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ½ bunch parsley
- 2 large chili peppers, red
- 6 cloves garlic
- 400 g spaghetti, preferably homemade
- Water (salt water)
- 6 tbsp olive oil, cold squeezed
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Chop the parsley. Split the chilies lengthwise, remove the seeds, and slice into strips. Peel and slice the garlic. Cook the spaghetti in salted water for about 10-12 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside. Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the garlic, parsley, and chili over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the spaghetti. Season with salt and pepper. Per serving: 12 g protein, 17 g fat, 74 g carbohydrates.
