Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 100 g olives, sliced
  • 3 large garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 1 chili pepper(s), finely chopped, optional
  • 250 g mild sheep’s cheese or mozzarella

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente, drain, and set aside. Sauté the sliced ​​olives and 3 finely chopped garlic cloves in olive oil (if you like it spicy, add a finely chopped chili pepper). Meanwhile, finely chop the feta cheese or mozzarella. Add the spaghetti to the sautéed olives and garlic and mix everything together. Sprinkle with the cheese and bake in the oven at 200-220°C for about 15 minutes. Serve with leaf salad and fresh herbs.
