Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150g spaghetti
- 4 small tomatoes
- 1 handful of pea pods
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 dash of olive oil
- Oregano or herbs of Provence
- Black pepper, freshly ground
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the spaghetti al dente. Trim the pea pods and sauté them in a pan over low heat in a little olive oil. Add the spaghetti. Crush the garlic cloves, add the olive oil, and toss to coat. Chop the tomatoes, add them, and sauté briefly. Season with a little pepper and salt, and finally add the herbs.
