Spaghetti and asparagus salad with cheese, ham and parsley

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250g spaghetti
  • 1 jar asparagus
  • 150 g cheese (Gouda) in one piece
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 150 g mayonnaise (salad mayonnaise)
  • ½ cup natural yogurt
  • ½ bunch curly parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Before cooking, break the spaghetti into three equal pieces, cook in plenty of salted water until al dente, and let cool. Drain the asparagus and cut into similarly sized pieces. Cut the ham into thin strips. Coarsely grate the Gouda cheese (using a coarse grater to create stripes). Roughly chop the parsley. Mix all ingredients well with the mayonnaise and yogurt and serve cold. You don’t need any seasonings at all! At first glance, you shouldn’t be able to distinguish between the light-colored ingredients (spaghetti, asparagus, and cheese strips).
