Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • 300 g chicken
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 150 g mushrooms
  • 1 pack of tomatoes
  • 500 ml broth
  • 50 g bacon (hamburger bacon)
  • some salt and pepper
  • Oregano and parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Prepare the spaghetti. Finely chop the onion, garlic, mushrooms, and meat. Heat the olive oil, fry the meat for a few minutes, remove, and keep warm. Add the onion, garlic, and mushrooms to the oil and fry. Add the tomato pieces and bring to a boil briefly. Dust with flour, deglaze with the soup, and bring to a boil. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and parsley. Add the chopped bacon and chicken and sauté for 10 minutes.
