Tasty things to eat leftovers
Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Cover the bottom of a baking dish with the bread. Bring the Bolognese sauce to a boil in a saucepan. Meanwhile, whisk the egg, chives, and splash of milk together in a cup. Add the yogurt to the pan. Stir in the flour. Bring the sauce to a boil while stirring. Pour the sauce over the bread in the baking dish. Spread the pasta over the bread. Spread the egg mixture over the bread. Cover with cheese slices. Place in the preheated oven and wait until the pasta and egg mixture has set. To check this, you can occasionally run a tablespoon between two slices of cheese and gently push the pasta and egg mixture apart. The mixture should be completely set. If you like, you can switch the oven to fan-assisted mode shortly before removing the pan to brown the cheese.
