Spaghetti Bolognese Tina's style

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 400 g minced meat, mixed
  • 400 g tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 small bottle(s) of ketchup
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp oregano
  • some sweet paprika powder
  • some pepper
  • ¼ vegetable stock cube
  • 3 drops of Tabasco
  • some olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

for all those who don’t like the standard tomato sauce

Peel the onions and garlic and dice them into small pieces. Add the spaghetti and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. At the same time, heat a little olive oil in a pan and fry the onions and garlic. Add the minced meat, fry, and season with pepper. Once the minced meat is cooked through, add the passata and ketchup. Let the sauce simmer gently. Season with oregano, paprika, Tabasco, and pepper. Then add about 1/4 of the vegetable stock cube and stir in. Plate the spaghetti with the sauce and serve. Tip: If you like, you can also serve the spaghetti with grated Parmesan cheese.
