Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g spaghetti
- salt water
- 1 pack of bacon
- 5 cocktail tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup of sweet cream
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 egg yolks
- Spice(s) of your choice
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
from the oven, especially pretty to look at
Cook the spaghetti in salted water as usual. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180°C (fan oven) and grease a muffin tin. Line each hole with 1-2 slices of bacon. Mix the cream, sour cream, and egg yolk well and season to taste. Twist the cooked pasta with a fork and place it in the bacon muffin cases. Divide the sauce among the cases and decorate with halved cocktail tomatoes. Place in the oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, until the sauce has set and everything is lightly browned. Carefully lift the pasta from the tin with two forks and serve.
