Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300g spaghetti
  • 4 eggs
  • 240 ml milk
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the spaghetti and place it in a greased baking dish. Whisk the eggs with the milk, add the seasonings, and pour over the spaghetti. Bake at 150°C for about 20 minutes. Tip: Delicious with roast beef or pork!
