Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 2 packs of tomato sauce from the tetra pack
- 2 large tomatoes
- 2 large potatoes
- 500 g minced beef or lamb
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 pack of spaghetti
- 1 piece(s) Gouda
- some pepper or jalapenos
- 2 large onions
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Cook the spaghetti. Dice the onions. Finely chop the tomatoes and garlic cloves. Fry the onions, garlic, and minced meat in oil. Add the tomatoes, peel and dice the potatoes, and add them to the pot. Then add the beans and sauce. Season with pepper, salt, paprika, and a pinch of sugar. While everything is simmering, grate the Gouda and place it in a bowl. Slice the peppers into rings. Mix the spaghetti with the sauce and place in a baking dish, sprinkle with cheese, and place the peppers on top. Bake in the oven until the cheese is the desired shade of brown.
