Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 200 g ladyfingers
- Schnapps (Berentzen Apple)
- 700 g applesauce
- 250 g quark
- 250 g mascarpone
- 100 g sugar
- some lemon juice
- 1 cup of cream
- some cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes
Dip the sponge fingers in Berentzen Apple and place in a shallow dish. Spread the applesauce over the sponge fingers. Mix together the quark, mascarpone, sugar, and a little lemon juice. Finally, whip the cream and fold in. Spread the mixture over the applesauce layer and sprinkle with cinnamon. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
