Lamb's lettuce with Parma ham

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 150 g Parma ham (or another spicy ham)
  • 8 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Mustard, medium hot (to taste)
  • Salt
  • Pepper, from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Thoroughly wash and dry the lamb’s lettuce. Cut the Parma ham into thin strips. Prepare a dressing with vinegar, oil, mustard, salt, and pepper. To serve, arrange the lamb’s lettuce on small plates, scatter the ham over it, and drizzle with the dressing. If desired, you can also add toasted sunflower seeds. Serve with baguette.
