Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250g spaghetti
- 2 shallots
- 1 pack of Gorgonzola (from Galbani, approx. 200 g)
- 300 ml vegetable stock
- 150 ml cream
- 1 tbsp sauce thickener, light
- n. B. Parsley for decoration
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Prepare spaghetti according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the shallots and dice the Gorgonzola. Sauté the shallots in a pan until translucent and deglaze with the vegetable stock. Add the cream and reduce the heat to low. Then add the Gorgonzola and let it melt. Bring to a boil briefly. Add the sauce thickener to thicken the sauce. Drain the pasta and divide the portions among plates. Spoon a few tablespoons of the Gorgonzola sauce over each spaghetti. Garnish with parsley and serve.
