Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 tbsp yogurt or quark
- 3 tbsp fruit (pureed) to taste
- 1 tbsp muesli, fine
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and let it sit for a few minutes before serving. Note: This cereal can also be prepared the night before and stored in a container in the refrigerator for when you need to rush out early in the morning. Alnatura’s Children’s Fruit Muesli is ideal for this (available at Tegut or DM drugstores). Tip: If you want it to be a bit more filling, you can of course use more muesli and use a coarser one for older children.
