Spaghetti ice cream dessert

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 1 bag of strawberries (frozen, large bag), possibly fresh berries
  • e.g. powdered sugar
  • some white chocolate coating, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes

without ice

Mix the mascarpone with the quark, powdered sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla sugar. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Thaw the strawberries, puree them, and sweeten with powdered sugar to taste. Then pour over the quark and mascarpone mixture. Decorate with grated white chocolate. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours! This dessert is not ice cream, but rather a cream that resembles spaghetti ice cream, hence its name.
