Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 large potatoes
  • 2 pts. herbs (8-herb mixture), frozen
  • 2 handfuls of salt (hail salt)
  • ½ small bottle(s) of olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

ideal and easy for grilling

Peel and halve the potatoes. Place the halved potatoes in a baking dish (smooth side down so they stand upright). Finely chop the garlic and sprinkle it over the potatoes along with the herbs. Then drizzle the olive oil over the potatoes – each potato should be submerged in about 1 mm of oil so they can marinate properly. Finally, sprinkle the rock salt over the potatoes and bake in the oven at 160°C for about 30 minutes (it’s best to test the potatoes with a skewer to see if they’re cooked through)! Serve with grilled meat or homemade herb curd!
