Spaghetti in Gorgonzola salmon sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 300 g spaghetti or other pasta
  • ½ bunch chives
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 200 g cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 150g Gorgonzola
  • 150 g salmon (smoked salmon)
  • Water (salt water)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

very quick, very easy, very tasty!

Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Chop the chives. Dice the onion and let it soften slightly. Pour in the cream and reduce slightly. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the Gorgonzola into pieces, add to the pot, and stir to melt. Cut the salmon into strips and add to the sauce. Drain the pasta and divide among plates. Pour the sauce over it and serve sprinkled with chives.
