Ingredients
- 125 g Arugula
- 10 Cherry tomatoes
- 50 g Walnuts are not chopped too finely
- 100 ml Mild balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- Pepper from the grinder
- Salt
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
- Wash the rocket, cut the cherry tomatoes in half and chop the walnuts. Heat the oil in the pan, briefly toss the washed rocket in it (it collapses like spinach).
