Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp, heaped Parmesan
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • e.g. paprika powder
  • n. B. herbs
  • some bacon, diced as needed
  • 150g spaghetti

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Combine the eggs, Parmesan cheese, and milk in a bowl and whisk. Add spices and herbs to taste. Fry the bacon cubes and stir them into the bowl with the egg mixture. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Divide the cooked and drained spaghetti among muffin cups and pour over the egg mixture. Sprinkle with some Parmesan cheese. Then bake in a preheated oven at approximately 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10-15 minutes, until the egg mixture is set.
