Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 250g spaghetti
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 egg(s)
- 200 g cream
- 100 g Parmesan
- pepper
- Salt
- 100 g ham (cooked) or peas
- 1 onion(s), red
- 20 g butter
- basil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Cook the spaghetti in salted water until tender and drain. Place in nests in 12 muffin cups (one baking sheet). Sauté the onion in butter and toss in the finely chopped ham or peas. Whisk the eggs, egg yolk, cream, and Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper. Stir in the ham (or pea) mixture. Pour the mixture over the pasta nests and bake at 200°C for 20-25 minutes. Garnish with basil.
