- 80 g protein powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 300 g flour

First, you need to mix the protein powder with the milk. Next, mix the thick/sticky shake with the quark, oil, vanilla sugar, and salt. Next, sift in the flour and baking powder. Then, knead the dough thoroughly until a firm, sticky mass forms. Divide this dough into hand-sized portions onto a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 160 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
